4 done in informal extremely tired: I've got to sit down - I'm done in.
5 be done/be the done thing to be socially acceptable: It just isn't the done thing to call teachers by their first names.
6 be/have done with it to finish dealing with something or someone, and never deal with them again: I know it's unfair but let's just pay the fine and have done with it.
7 be done BrE informal to be deceived or cheated: You paid -50 for that! You were done mate!
8 be/get done BrE informal to be caught by the police for doing something illegal, but usually not too serious
